Online Training Membership

Live kettlebell and bodyweight centric classes are offered 5 days a week at multiple class times throughout the day, from early morning to late afternoon to work with any schedule. Workouts are also catalogued and accessible to you offline if you miss a live class. I will help you select the best kettlebells for you—the only equipment required.
