Simple. I like getting more done with less.
We all juggle competing demands from work and family. Too often I hear folks say “I just don’t have time to work out today.” I want to help you discover how to work out from home in just the time it would take for you to travel to and from the gym, with a simple piece of equipment and get all the benefits of a full gym workout.
1. I will help you choose the best kettlebell (KB), tailor-fit to build strength and optimize performance in all your activities…from hiking to golf, pickle ball to soccer, or whatever activities you love, so you can pursue them with greater satisfaction.
2. The Kettlebell is particularly effective at developing your posterior chain (back side of your body), an area where most people are chronically weak. The kettlebell swing is an explosive, pain-free movement that works the entire posterior chain.
3. My kettlebell workouts vary throughout the week to incorporate full body musculature development AND conditioning. All within the comfort and convenience of your own space so you never have to miss a workout!
